Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution across the product lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, translating customer, market, and business insights into impactful marketing strategies.
You will drive positioning, messaging, and campaign execution while partnering cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. This is a highly visible role requiring strong strategic thinking, execution, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end GTM strategy across all phases of the product lifecycle
- Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into positioning and messaging
- Act as the voice of the B2B customer, developing deep understanding of needs and pain points
- Partner with product, sales, analytics, finance, and marketing teams to drive alignment
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including defining objectives and measuring ROI
- Build and test hypotheses to improve solution selling across channels
- Identify opportunities using qualitative and quantitative insights
- Present recommendations and share learnings across the organization
Required Experience / Skills
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing and go-to-market strategy
- Proven ability to translate insights into execution and measurable results
- Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
